Before Production

The QC team will take responsible for checking the material weight, quantity and quality before every order production. Before bulk production, they make smaller size or equal size samples of each design and take clear and real photos and sales check the color ,size and quality first and then send photos or real samples to the customers to check and confirm. After confirmation of all the details, bulk production is allowed to start.

During Production

The QC team will be in charge of the bulk production under the agreed quality and the other production standards with the customers. Also they will check every production procedure on time to make sure the carpets made within the lead time.

After Production

Before the package, the carpets will be checked in aspects of edge locking, size, weight, packing size and method.

Customer Quality Checking Under Agreed Standards.

We are happy to cooperate with the double checking from the customer or his agent. All steps done, the goods are ready to ship. If there are problems different from the agreed standards we made on the invoice, we will make arrangements until the customer is satisfied.
